Welcome to Stratos Markets. These terms explain what you can expect from us and what we expect from you when you create an account and take part in the platform. By signing up or using any part of the service, you agree to everything written here, so please read it carefully.
1. Who can join
You need to be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement in your country. When you register you must give us accurate details, and it is your job to keep your login and account information safe. Anything that happens under your account is your responsibility.
2. How membership works
Stratos Markets is a member-to-member network. You join through a sponsor, choose a class, and your position is placed in the network. Your activity, your team, and the class you hold all affect what you can earn. Joining does not make you an employee, agent, or partner of Stratos Markets — you take part as an independent member.
3. Payments and activation
When you activate a class or top up trading, you make the payment yourself and upload a screenshot as proof. Your position goes live once the payment is confirmed on our side. Please only send what is shown for the class you picked, and always keep your own record of any transfer you make.
4. Wallets and withdrawals
Your income sits in transparent wallets inside your dashboard. When you request a withdrawal, it is processed to the details you provide, so double-check them before you submit. We are not able to reverse a payout that was sent to a wrong address you entered.
5. Fair use
Please use the platform honestly. Do not create fake accounts, manipulate the network, misuse another member's details, or try to break, copy, or interfere with the system. If we see activity that harms the network or other members, we may pause or close the account involved.
6. No guaranteed income
Nothing on this platform is a promise of profit. What you earn depends on your own effort and the activity of your team, and it is possible to earn little or nothing. Please read our Income Disclaimer for the full picture before you commit any money.
7. Changes to these terms
The platform grows over time, so we may update these terms now and then. When we do, the date at the top will change. If you keep using the service after an update, that means you accept the new version.
